Our Privacy Policy
- Canaan Ridge agrees that the information you provide is “Confidential Information” and shall be maintained as such and not disclosed, used or duplicated with your personal identity associated with same.
- Confidential Information may include, without limitation, constituent contact information and business information concerning your practice; except you are giving us permission to aggregate this information.
- Canaan Ridge may aggregate participants’ Confidential Information only in connection with elements integral to the design and delivery of the Canaan Ridge program. We will not copy Confidential Information or disclose Confidential Information to persons who do not need Confidential Information in order to perform under this Agreement.
- Upon your written request, individual Confidential Information shall be returned or destroyed to any participant seeking to protect such information after the completion of the second constituent survey.
- Confidential Information does not include information that is i) generally known or available to the public, ii) information not acquired from the disclosing party and in the other party’s possession when provided by the disclosing party, iii) information received from a third party having legal right to transmit such information, iv) information that is not treated as confidential by the party claiming information to be confidential, or v) must be disclosed by operation of law, provided the party receiving the subpoena or order provides prompt notice to the other party of such receipt. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
- As a licensee of PDI NH, we will remain in compliance with their Confidentiality Agreement that states:
- PDI NH shall hold in confidence all information obtained by PDI NH with respect to Canaan Ridge’s Clients. PDI NH shall not use any information regarding the identity of any of Canaan Ridge’s Clients to solicit for the sale of the Products from said Clients during the term hereof, unless PDI NH shall have independently contacted said Client prior to obtaining any of said information from Canaan Ridge, it being also understood that nothing herein shall prevent PDI NH from selling the Products to Clients of Canaan Ridge who have requested the same from PDI NH.
- Your Confidential Constituent Survey Report will be prepared and delivered solely to you and your coach. We will not copy or disclose Confidential Information to persons who do not need Confidential Information in order to perform under this Agreement. Any sharing of your report beyond this scope requires your written permission.
- Under this Agreement, you allow us to collect and store individual constituent survey responses by participant without attribution to constituent identities. We will aggregate and archive data obtained under this Agreement internally in our database for purposes of group norms, validation, statistical or other analytical purposes.
- We will not distribute or sell any of your personal information obtained for the purposes of this program.
- By your signing this agreement, you are granting Canaan Ridge the right to maintain and store select business and personal information in its proprietary database as noted within the terms of this Agreement.
Admissions and Cancellation Policy
Canaan Ridge reserves the right to decline a participant or to excuse him or her from the program at any time.
Because your enrollment in a Canaan Ridge executive development program requires significant advance preparation, your US $1,000 deposit is non-refundable should you cancel for any reason. If you need to cancel or defer your attendance after your full program tuition is paid, it is important that you contact us in a timely manner. To receive a refund of any fees paid after your non-refundable deposit, notice of cancellation must be received more than 30 days in advance of the program start date. Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund. Participants may nominate an acceptable substitute or attend another Customized Program within one year.
If a participant is declined for admission prior to the program start, Canaan Ridge will issue a full refund of any deposit made. In the rare instance that a participant is excused from a program while in session, the Canaan Ridge management team will address the situation on a case-by-case basis, and consideration will be given to a partial refund of program fees paid outside of the non-refundable deposit. Refunds are paid by check or credit to your credit card, and will be made within 45 days of the approved request.
