An effective brand distinguishes you from competitors in ways that go beyond immediate capability. Your personal brand:
- Is one of your most valuable assets and is established intentionally or by default
- Connotes quality, reliability loyalty and trust
- Indicates an unwavering commitment to the well being of clients
- Cultivates long-term, mutually profitable relationships and greater client value
- Evokes confidence in your clients and prospects
During this course, participants will explore the meaning of brand, as well as how to build, sustain and manage a personal brand that is consistent with his or her core values and through which clients are moved to select your services. Participants probe the concept of brand awareness and gain insight and awareness into the current and future state of their personal brand.
Participants will learn how to:
- Assess the strength of their current brand and the degree to which it generates brand equity
- Recognize that client perception and experience directly influences brand and that the result is often disproportionate to the event(s)
- Appreciate that brand is all-inclusive and reflects your ability & experience, knowledge & expertise, core values, work ethic, skill set and ability to produce results
