The Search After the Kick Off
Striving for “excellence in execution,” participants will examine current trends in process change, technology innovation and knowledge management in “today’s” search environment. This program focuses on mastering proven best practices and search methodologies inherent in delivering excellence in all aspects of search execution.

Participants will learn how to:
  • Manage the client and drive the relationship
  • Write an effective position specification
  • Indentify candidate prospects
  • Develop, present and manage candidates
  • Manage the close - from references, to negotiation, to follow-up
Senior faculty members will explore the importance of superior candidate management, defining an effective process for leading candidates through various stages of consideration and providing methods to improve the (the candidate’s) perception of the consultant.   Participants will explore the importance of consistency in performance across all aspects of the search and the impact of consistent performance on reputation.
