Developing effective and proactive interpersonal communication skills is a core requirement of an exceptional search consultant. This program focuses on practical tools and techniques which leverage the effectiveness of the participant’s verbal and non-verbal communication skills, the relationship between his or her interpersonal style and its impact on others and how to link and align effective communication patterns to the client’s business vision and strategy.
Participants will learn and practice methodologies that:
- Foster direct, authentic and poignant conversations
- Create a common understanding of what is important to you and your client
- Decode verbal and non-verbal communication inhibiting effective dialog
- Enhance your approach and ability to challenge client assumptions, explore competing views and manage "critical and persuasive conversations" in a manner that builds genuine commitment, trust and engagement
