This program will explore what it takes to develop an exceptional reputation with your current and future clients. Participants will examine all aspects of building, sustaining and measuring a reputation with clients that is exceptional from concept through application.
Participants will develop strategies and methods to:
- Specialize by deepening your industry and/or functional knowledge
- Become a valued contributor to your client’s business
- Move from “transactions” mind set to “relationship” mind set
- Develop extraordinary judgment
- Proactively communicate with clients without a current assignment
- Consistently meet and exceed all commitments
Senior faculty members will explore the gap between traditional measures of effectiveness and key stakeholder perception, looking across all aspects of the search, from search to search, and from client to client… while juxtaposing the impact of consistent performance on reputation and sustainable business growth.
