As a cornerstone of a successful search practice, this course focuses on enhancing the participant’s ability to build, sustain and grow client relationships as evidenced by generating multiple assignments.
Moving from a transaction orientation to a relationship orientation, and ultimately to that of a trusted advisor, participants will learn and practice methodologies for developing, nurturing and expanding upon long-term relationships for establishing an effective mindset and exemplifying excellence from search to search.
The participant will gain an understanding of the importance and contribution of how knowledge, sound business judgment and communication play into becoming a valued contributor to the relationship, becoming a part of the client's stream of consciousness and gaining deeper insight in to the organization.
