Our Commitment
- We will provide high-quality instruction through leading executive search and business experts, academics and other thought leaders. (Not all programs will have each category represented.)
- We will create opportunities for you to network with the industry luminaries, faculty and staff throughout the program.
- We will conduct constituent surveys with your clients, colleagues, candidates and placements prior to and after the program. The survey feedback will help you understand the perceptions of your constituents and their implications to your practice, along with evaluating your progress as a result of the program. This function will be conducted jointly and under license from Personnel Decisions International Corporation, d.b.a. PDI Ninth House (hereinafter “PDI NH”).
- We will structure the program with the knowledge that participants will have client commitments/other responsibilities during the time you are in session, and therefore, we will allow adequate time in the schedule for you to tend to these activities.
Your Commitment
- We ask that you come to the program with an open mind, committed to learning and willing to consider modifying your methods and approaches to improve your practice.
- When attending this program, you will commit to being on time for the start of each session, remain focused and participate actively. The use of mobile phones/PDAs/laptops (for other than note taking)/and any recording devices will not be allowed in session.
- You will commit to gaining the maximum benefit from the constituent survey element of the program by working with your PDI-certified coach to understand your feedback results and be accessible at convenient times for any scheduled follow-up coaching sessions.
- You will provide us with feedback about your experiences with the program, faculty, staff and your overall experience with Canaan Ridge, and grant us permission to use portions of your feedback in our future promotional material, with prior approval if attributed to you.
